The Ferry Building opened in 1898 and represents a point of convergence where Market Street meets the Bay and where most ferry traffic arrives ashore. The thrice-weekly Farmer’s Market brings some of the best farmers and chefs together in one of the best focal points of foodie culture that is San Francisco.
This walking tour begins in front of the Ferry Building and walks out onto Pier #1 which has some stunning panoramic views of the SF Bay Bridge and city skyline.
